TCE was retained by ES Fox Ltd to provide Architectural, Civil and Structural components of the Woodward Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Biogas Waste Flare Replacement.
The project consisted of a new 1,400 square foot building, complete with caisson foundation, structural concrete floor, roof slabs and columns, precast insulated wall panels, epoxy coatings and aluminum storefront entrance.
