TCE provides a full range of construction, maintenance, and renovation services for the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional sectors, for projects of any size.
We self-perform civil, structural, and electrical installation, general construction works, and custom metal fabrication. Our groups can also act as sub-contractors to other general contractors. Our core management team will work with you to build detailed cost estimates and project schedules, providing an informed approach to a cost-effective plan and ensuring your project is completed to the highest standards.

Our Services
GENERAL CONTRACTING
As a General Contractor, TCE can provide construction services for a client’s supplied drawings and specifications. The collaboration of our Civil, Electrical, and Fabrication groups limits the need to subcontract work outside of the company.
SUB-CONTRACTING
TCE’s Civil, Electrical, and Fabrication groups are capable of acting as sub-contractors to other general contractors. Our years of experience and qualified personnel will help to mitigate risk on large-scale projects.
DESIGN-BUILD
With both build and design-build capabilities, TCE provides our clients with a “one-stop shop” construction solution. Our teams, consisting of construction and engineering professionals, work together to design and construct your project based on your requirements.
MAINTENANCE
We act as both project manager and builder for a full range of civil and electrical construction, maintenance, and renovation projects (small and large scale). This includes city, refinery, automotive, and steel facilities.
FACILITY SHUTDOWNS
TCE’s project managers collaborate with you to develop the best schedule to suit your needs, working around your production to ensure our construction remains non-disruptive. Our ability to operate during plant outages, shutdowns, and tight time constraints allows us to accommodate difficult project schedules.
Our Groups
CIVIL CONSTRUCTION
Our civil group specializes in executing complicated foundations and concrete work in challenging environments. We work around operating facilities within difficult time constraints, during outages and shut-downs, and can perform maintenance turnarounds for industrial clients. We also support Institutional and Commercial projects such as building repairs, retrofits, upgrades, and renovations.
ELECTRICAL
Our electrical team works with you to develop the best installation strategy to avoid the disruption to your production. The ultimate goal of every project is to minimize downtime and reduce overall cost. Whether your project is for a single piece of equipment or an entire production line, we get the job done quickly, efficiently, and intelligently with a commitment to the highest standards of safety.
FABRICATION
Our metal and iron work specialists have extensive experience designing, building, and erecting custom steel fabrications of all sizes and specifications. We work with a wide variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, abrasive resistant steel, and more. Entire projects can be completed conveniently in one location in our spacious, 37,000 square foot facility.
